Gym Misadventure And Tinder Lunch Date

Do you know why I really need a gym buddy?

Because I really hate it when guys hit on me at the gym. At least when I'm working out with a guy, they won't dare to talk to me.

The other day I had to work out alone as my gym buddy was oncall. Remember the foreigner I mentioned HERE? Since that I saw him a few times. He would say Hi and I would later then pretend to be busy working out and ignoring him.

I was on the floor doing bridge, after my squats and lunges.

This workout can be very obscene.

So there I was trusting my hips in the air. He came and sat down next to me and started talking.

"Everytime when I see you, you are always doing your legs."

And many other questions. While I appreciate people being friendly, it really annoys me when guys talked to me when I'm working out. I said I have one more set to go and I thought that he'll go away but nope. He just sits there and watch me doing my sets.

When I'm done, I just started to ignore him and talked to a personal trainer (who I once wrote about HERE).

Oh denggg. I forgot how attractive his smile is and he is so muchhhh bulkier now. Cik panda is merembes. Well, you know how some people have that default stress/bitch face. He is like that but when he smile, his whole face lit up.

Btw, he said just to ignore that perv

"Dia budak baru tu. Memang gatal sikit. Last week kot dia ada mintak phone number sorang budak ni. Tu lah. cantik sangat pun susah. Buruk sangat pun susah."

What?!?! You cakap I cantik? Aww wawaaauuuu

"You just work out je then makin dia tengok makin you buat sexy2. Biar dia geram. Tapi you buat bodo je."

What kind of suggestion is that? NOT HELPING.

I hate working out alone.

Sometimes, a Tinder coffee date can be just a one time thing. Sometimes, it leads to many more dates.

So remember this sweet guy I told you about HERE?

We are supposed to go out again on Saturday night after work but later had to reschedule as he is attending a concert in Singapore that weekend. So we arranged on a lunch date instead because I work so much and lunch is the only time I'm free.

Few days before the date, he said "Looking forward to see you this Thursday."

Awwwww

He was half an hour early (plus point). "What do you want to eat? It's on me." The perk of being a lady. Hihi

We had lunch and talk and eat and talk and laugh for 2 hours before I have to clock in for work. So before we go our own way, he gave me huge hug and said

"Thank youuu so much for spending time with me and I'll see you next weekend?"

Isn't that the sweetest thing? Lunch was on him and yet he was the one who thanked me for my time.

Cik Pah and Cik Meow was always teasing me about him. At this moment I felt it was more a platonic kinda thing. We didn't like really flirt or anything like that and in fact he was laughing at me when I voiced my frustrations about guys who always have sexual intention towards me and how I like to be friends with gays because they don't look at me as a sex object.

"What? You don't always have guys who wanted to just be platonic?"

Welcome to my life dude.

He is gentleman, polite and really sweet. Cik Pah and Cik Meow cakap

"Alaa yang. You ni asyik nak bad boy je. You try la good boy. They are better for you."

After all my post and misadventures, most of you would think that I have high taste, I want good looking, muscular guys right?

Cik Meow cakap "Alaaa cyn tu, sah sah la high taste. Nak yang helokkkkk je"

Ehhh anda semua silap disitu.

Ultimately most of us want someone who made you feel that you are special, that you matter. Someone who genuinely cared for you, love and accept you for who you are. Infact the one who has the deepest impact on me wasn't the WOWWW type. But he surely knew the way to my heart. He's the kind of guy who help to carry my handbag (not that I asked him to), that remembers my small details, the kind of person who made me happy and laugh and the kind of person who understands it's actually the small things that matters. Things like chocolates, ice creams, flowers, hugs and kisses.

Cik Meow cakap lagi "Kalau dia buat you happy, you kawen je la dengan dia."

Cik panda jawab pulak "Kalau seseorang itu buat kita happy, tak semestinya kita kena kawen dengan dia. It's complicated tau tak"

Gittuhhhhh.

Last night, Joel, Anne and i was chatting in the house when we smell something burning. We looked everywhere for the source of the smell until i saw smoke coming out of the main switchboard. First it was only smoke, then little flame. Before long, the fire got bigger! Smoke fill the house and it smell of burning plastic and rubber. We panic and run out of the house. Amazing Swimming Pools

I am a Pisces and "pisces" in Latin means fish. Pisces love to swim. So that explains my strong affinity for water. Just like a fish, i find water to be calming and soothing. Recently i've began to swim regularly after so long. Not only it is a good exercise, it releases stress and is extremely calming. I've read somewhere that water is a good medium to buffer and absorb all your negative energy and emotions. Two in one eh? I've developed obsession over swimming pools recently. Why i always seems to have obsession lately is beyond me. The nicest pool i've been to so far was this pool with an amazing view of Petronas Twin Tower. Perfect for a night swim as it was quiet and the pool is heated. Macam infinity pool tapi tidak juga. Infinity pools are the nicest! Jom cuci mata sambil berangan ada pool macam ni...
