Tiada kaitan dengan tajuk dan isi karangan hari ini.  Most West Malaysians are sceptical about East Malaysians and vice versa. West Malaysians cakap orang Sabah Sarawak ni mundur, duduk atas pokok, pakai cawat dan macam2 lagi la. East Malaysians pula cakap orang Malaya ni racist, religion extremist, narrow minded. Sampai buat statement "Sarawak for Sarawakians".  Kamu tidak fikir ka, kalau orang semenanjung pun buat macam tu "West Malaysia for West Malaysians", macam mana dengan East Malaysians yang cari rezeki di semenanjung?  Bukan semua orang Malaya macam tu. Ada juga yang baik, open minded, boleh terima dan bergaul dengan kami East Malaysians yang di Semenanjung ni. Sepanjang hampir 10 Tahun saya di sini, ramai kawan2 semenanjung saya baik2. Antioxidants is a group of nutrients that fight against free radicals in the body (usually resulted from normal physiological process such as breathing and exercise or external factors such as smoking or stress). These free radicals attack healthy cells.  So simply put, antioxidants protect against cell damage caused by free radicals. So my colleague was asking me what did I do with my off day yesterday.  So I told her, I did my laundry, went and settled my broadband then went to the gym in the evening for my zumba and dance class. Then I said "pretty boring laaa..."  She said "Ya. I was just going to say that. Kenapa tak keluar dating dengan boyfriend ke?" DATING?! I miss blogging. I miss poret2 and telling you guys stories. I always have ideas what to write but whenever I reached home, all I wanted to do was eat then sleep. Well, anyway, let's get started because i have so many things to share. My days at work is always very interesting because I get to see all kinds of people everyday and everyday has it own challenges. Of course when you deal with people, there is always the good and the bad. The bad tu macam biasa la kena marah. We are not just a mere retail worker. We are qualified Nutritionist who are passionate about well being. Today is not my off day but I got off from work at 4pm so I'm home early and have the time and energy to write. Yahoo. Religion has always been a sensitive issue, especially in a multiracial country like Malaysia. It saddened me to see the state of my beloved country lately. There is so many parties trying to destroy the peace and harmony we are so proud of. We have tolerated each other all these while and why some people put all their effort and energy to disrupt that? What's in a religion if there is no faith? I speak for myself and these are only my personal opinion. I believe that every religion is good and teaches Love. At the end, love is all that matters. But is it Love if we only accept and be nice to those who are of the same race or religion? It has been quite some time huh? The last post was more than 2 weeks ago.  Ideas kept popping up but couldn't find the time, motivation and energy to research and write.  Excuses excuses excuses.  Besides other things, I got a new job and so far so good.  Good in terms of I don't have to force and drag myself to go to work. The hours suits me. There's so many things to learn everyday and I get to meet a lot of interesting characters.  So everyday has its own challenges and something new to learn. Colleagues are very helpful and very good in what they do.  So yeah, it's good.  Well anyway, before i started working, my PIC already said  "After this you won't have time to update your blog."
