Cerita Nelayan Dan Ikan-Ikannya

Looking back at the past few weeks, I wonder what did I do with my off days that I didn't get to update my blog. Macam busy sangat tapi tidak tau apa saya buat. Bleurghhh. Macam banyak kerja mau settle tapi last2 bergulung dalam comforter, bergolek2 atas tilam.  I know you guys miss my poretan. Hihihi. If you don't know, my friends and I refer our new conquest as Ikan. Whatever ikan la. Anak ikan, bapak ikan, ikan kembong, ikan bakar, ikan salmon. So whenever we meet someone new, we'll be like "I've got this new ikan." So the other day, while I just got up and getting ready for work dengan rambut macam hampas kelapa sawit (Jasmine, 2013), mamai2 sambil berus gigi, my housemate who is all ready for work was having her breakfast while watching the morning news about Hari Nelayan. Common Mistakes In Weight Loss Attempt There's no such thing as losing weight without increased physical activity (i.e exercise) or reduced calorie intake (i.e dieting).  Overweight and obesity is most often caused by our lifestyle. Don't blame the genetics. Of course in some cases it's due to medical condition i.e hypothyroidism but most factors are modifiable.  How do I lose/maintain my weight? To be honest, it's all about hard work and determination.  How's my food intake? I'm not a fan of Atkin's diet or whatever diet there is. I don't believe in restricting yourself. I don't believe in "This is bad food. Avoid it." I don't believe in diets that avoid rice but pile up on bread and noodles. Rice, bread and noodles are all carbs.
