At least twice a month.  Aging people issues 😅 Read: Type of Headaches You Should Know While there are many types of headaches out there, mine was mostly this tightness-feel-like-head-wanna-burst on the left, accompanied by a stiff neck and back muscle. Not sure if it's a migraine but there are no other typical migraine symptoms besides just the headache. And it would last for days. The normal panadol doesn't really work so usually, I would take Panadol Xtra, yes, the one with caffeine, to help with the pain. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't. Then I tried taking NSAID  with a muscle relaxant  (to help with my muscle stiffness). It helps to some extent but it does take 2-3 days for the headache to go away.
