Friends have privately messaged me and asked how I slimmed down and maintained my weight.
My answer will always be the same
EXERCISE and REDUCE CALORIE INTAKE
There is no short cut or magic pill for weight loss.
Most of you, my friends, are married with kids so don't compare yourself to me.
Iols belum kahwin, anak pun takda. Anak ikan, anak cacing adalah. So iols banyak masa dan tenaga untuk diri sendiri. Cik Panda make it a point to hit the gym at least twice a week.
Plus sbb cik Panda ni selalu makan hati berulam jantung so selera makan pun lintang pukang. But then I'm naturally a small and slow eater so I really don't eat a lot.
When juggling family and work, you guys need willpower and determination in reducing weight. Hendak seribu daya, tak hendak seribu dalih gitu kan. Beauty is pain and no pain no gain. Gituhhhhh
The most important thing is don't compare yourself with me or anyone for that matter. The only person you need to compare with is the yesterday you.
