How Do You Like Your Coffee?

Before Starbucks and all the other fancy coffee shops became famous, coffee to me were just Kopi 0, Kopi or Nescafe. Then few years later, White Coffee became famous. Then now, being seen at Starbucks is the craze and you are assaulted with all these fancy choices of coffee.  

Ever wonder what's the difference between Espresso, Cappuccino, Cafe au Lait, Cafe Latte and Machiatto?

 1. Cafe Au Lait

 It is simply 50% brewed coffee and 50% warmed milk. You might get a little foam on top, but its actually thinning the strong coffee with a generous amount of warm, creamy milk.

 2. Latte

 It is espresso + steamed milk. Lattés are made with a shot (or three) of espresso poured into the bottom of a mug and topped with steamed milk and a thin layer of foam. Some people prefer to add the espresso last so it that sinks through the milk and foam instead, but the idea is the same.

 3. Cappuccino

 Espresso + lots of FOAM milk + little bit of milk. This gives you a much stronger coffee flavor. Some people say the key to a good cappuccino is really excellent foam.

4. Machiotto

 If you like really intense coffee flavor, try one of these! It's simply a shot of espresso topped with a little foam - no milk! 

 5. Espresso

 Flavourful coffee beverage brewed by forcing very hot, but not boiling, water under high pressure through coffee that has been ground to a consistency between extremely fine and powder. 

 Its amazing how when you change the ratio of milk (foam, steamed) and coffee, it became a different type of drink. I find it quite complicated and most of these fancy coffees are either too strong or too weak, too bitter or creamy. 
Oh well, i'm just happy with my Nescafe 3 in 1. Tear, pour, add hot water - viola!

Apa Yang RM350 Per Shot?

This picture has nothing to do with this post. I just like it. bwahaha CPPS ni ada seorang kawan yang dikenali melalui Tinder  sejak 1-2 tahun lepas , kita namakan dia Mr. Horny Goat Weed (HGW) .Weols cuma chatting on and off sebab dia banyak bekerja off shore dan tidak pernah berjumpa pun. Tapi HGW adalah seorang kawan yang baik kerana selalu ada apabila CPPS memerlukan seseorang to talk to or a shoulder to cry on gitu. Bukanlah tidak pernah plan untuk berjumpa tetapi setiap kali tu ada aral melintang, masing-masing sibuk dengan kehidupan sendiri. Yang tak boleh blah tu, HGW siap pesan dengan CPPS. "We can meet, you know, go out and have coffee but with ONE CONDITION." Uishhh ada condition you. Takut kiteeee. "Jangan cerita pasal I dalam blog you." KAH! Okay tapi tak jadi jumpa punnnn.
