I love baking but i have not bake for quite some time now. Busy, lazy, tired but most of all, i'm only motivated to bake if anyone wants to eat them. Otherwise it's such a waste.
Well anyway, i love these rose cakes. They look so dainty and pretty. It's just a normal cake but the difference was how they are frosted. The most important thing is you have to use the right piping tip. To get that rose, you have to use Wilton 1M Open Star icing nozzle.

Buttercream or cream cheese frostings are usually used because it is firmer, smooth and easier to pipe and they have the ability to hold their shape.
