KERABU EPAL HIJAU

1 biji epal hijau
1/2 labu bawang besar (mayang, iols pakai yang merah tu)
1 biji cili
secubit ikan bilis yang digoreng terlebih dahulu
1/2 sudu makan gula
1 sudu kecil sos ikan
Sedikit jus limau/lemon/cuka
sedikit garam
sedikit kacang tanah yang ditumbuk

CARA-CARA

1. Epal hijau dimayang (hiris halus-halus la uols, tak payah kupas kulit), terus rendam dalam air garam sekejap supaya tak bertukar kuning/coklat.

2. Gaulkan epal dengan semua bahan yang lain. 

3. Tabur kacang tanah tumbuk, MAKAN!

4. Kalau nak lagi sedap, boleh letak dalam peti sejuk dulu.

Ha, dari biar epal hijau uols tu berkulat dalam peti sejuk, bolehlah uols try buat kerabu epal hijau ni.
