Squats Ke Arah Bontot Mantap


I love doing squats and all the variations of squats. Kalau pegi gym and tak buat senaman bontot, bukan Cik Panda lah namanya. 

Bontot yang mantap tu kan aset. Ada orang yang bertuah dilahirkan semula jadi bontot memang mantap. Tu genetik.

Tapi malangnya orang itu bukanlah ai. I'm not born with it, I build it. 

Kadang-kadang kedengaran desiran angin nada-nada jealous makcik-makcik bawang sekalian.

"Heh. Buat apa nak buat bontot besar-besar, squat bagai. Nak bagi jantan tengok la tu. Pakai ketat-ketat lepas tu tayang kat jantan-jantan. Nak mintak kena rogol ke apa?"

Amboi mulut makcik-makcik bawang netizen sekarang ni memang puaka uols. Suka mendoakan yang jahat-jahat kat orang. 

Kita buat bontot or whatever, tu untuk kepuasan diri sendiri. Untuk meningkatkan tahap keyakinan diri and it shows on your face and attitude when you have a healthy level of self-confidence. 

Tak gitu uols.

Yang takde confidence tu la yang duduk sebalik keyboard dan kutuk, cyber-bully orang lain.

Squats ni adalah antara senaman yang senang, boleh buat bila-bila masa dimana sahaja. Tapi teknik kena betul, barulah berkesan.

Tips mudah untuk squats yang effective:

1. Make sure your knees are not over your toes when you squat and your legs are paralel to the floor.

2. Push your hips backwards and when you stand up, put your weight on on heels

3. When you are up, push your hips forward and squeeze your bonch. KEMUT uols KEMUT!

Tajuk mengundang kontroversi Sis ni bukan apa rajin pergi gym, selain nak bersenam, iols juga suka mencuci mata.
