Cik Panda Alergik Oats

Susulan daripada tragedi cholesterol dan percubaan memakan oat DISINI, Cik Panda teruskan usaha untuk mencintai oats dan berusaha untuk mencari resipi yang boleh diterima oleh tekak kampung macam iols ni.

Google punya google, iols terjumpa resipi bubur ayam oat.

Nak lah iols try kan memandangkan iols ni pencinta tegar bubur ayam. tuan-tuan punya resipi tu siap cakap memang rasa macam bubur nasi. Berkobar-kobar lah semangat iols ni nak masak.

Okay berikut merupakan resipi bubur ayam oat:

Bahan-bahan:
2 sudu makan minyak masak
1 inci halia, hiris nipis
2 ulas bawang putih
1/2 kiub pati ayam
Sedikit isi ayam dipotong kiub
daun bawang untuk hiasan
1 cawan oat
2 cawan air panas

Cara-cara:
1. Rendamkan oat dengan air panas sampai kembang

2. Sementara tu tumis bawang dengan halia hingga harum,masukkan isi ayam dan kiub pati ayam. Gaul sampai isi ayam masak

3. Masukkan bancuhan oats tadi. Kalau terlalu pekat boleh tambahkan air.

4. Masukkan lada sulah/garam ke perasa ke pape ke pun bolehhhh. Iols tak tambah sebab kiub pati ayam tu dah masin.

5. Tutup api, hidang dan MAKAN!

Or paksa diri makan macam iols. Iols siap buat telur goreng belacan style kampung-kampung lagi semata nak tambah selera telan oat tu.

Tetap tak boleh habiskan. I prefer the previous version.

Iols mengalami allergic reaction bila makan oats ni tau tak i.e mual, muntah-muntah dan hilang selera makan.
