I LOVE BANANA!!
What's not to love?
It's long, it's curved, tasty, creamy, sweet, cheap, convenient, energy and nutrient dense.
Sometimes referred to as a "power food," banana got the perfect combination of being rich in potassium but low in sodium. Additionally, it has an abundance of vitamins, particularly Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2.
And it's so versatile. You can eat it on its own, chips, made into amazing desserts, coated with chocolate, anything!
Bananas are also an ideal first food to be given to children. It's natural, healthy and full of goodness and the texture is just right.
You can mash it or if the child is older, offer a whole banana so he/she can eat, play and explore with food.
