So bila stress, apa cara terbaik tersenang untuk destress?

Agak-agak la takkan nak tido masa waktu kerja kan uols. Daripada stress sebab kerja tetiba jadi stress sebab kena buang kerja pulak kan.
Makan. Semakin tak sihat, lagi bergula, berlemak sesuatu makanan tu lagi bagus.

So I heard shopping is the best medicine. But then when I shop --> no money --> stress --> go shopping. And the cycle goes on and on |
