It happens to the best of us.
Perempuan uols, biasalah kalau berat badan macam yo-yo. Turun naik ikut mood, stress level, keadaan emosi semasa. Kalau tengah bahagia tu, tak makan langsung pun boleh gemok. Proses osmosis kot.
As much as I consider myself a fitness junkie, there are days when my diet and exercise routine lapse. Like this last 2 weeks.
I was on vacation. So diet and exercise rutin pun on vacation jugak. Almost everyday I ate fish and chips, walking so much under the sun with very little fluid intake. Supplements bawak je tapi entah telan ke tak.
Pendek kata, my almost healthy lifestyle KE LAUT.
Tapi biarlah, persetankan.
So while in Perth, I felt bloated and fat. hahaha
When I got back, I was sun-burned (tan is a compliment I gave myself), bloated, flabby and fat-ish. I gained 1kg. I hope it goes to my boobs.
"Eee tak biasa la tengok u tan mcm ni Cik Panda sebab kan sebelum ni u cerah je."
Denggggg.
Tapi takpe la uols. Kata bercuti ke Australia, main tepi laut bagai mestilah tan kan. Kalau tak tan baik duduk dalam bilik tak payah gi mana2 kan.
What I'm trying to say is, if you feel that your fitness journey is not progressing as much as you hope, don't give up. Make it your habit and lifestyle so you look forward to do it everyday even if you don't see the result that soon.
It's a marathon. Not a sprint. So slow and steady wins the race.
I can't wait to start on my gym routine next week. Tak sabar nak eksesais keluar peluh ye bukan tak sabar nak cuci mata tengok abang-abang sado kat gym. Cik Panda sejak balik dari Strolia ni dah insaf uols.
