Confession Of A Gym Member Few Months Later

You remember how excited and motivated I was when I first joined the fitness centre? Read the post HERE.

Kalau boleh setiap hari saya bertenggek sana gym. I've kept my routine of cardio classes and try to attend it whenever I could. But there are days..like today..that I feel extremely demotivated, super lazy and planning to skip gym. 

Novelty wearing off eh?

The thing about fitness and exercise is that you have to be consistent. 

 Remember I said muscle needed exercise to be build and maintain? Kalau tidak maintain dia akan kecut balik. Jadi sia-sia saja la saya buat squat etc kasi mantap bontot tapi tidak konsisten kan..nanti bontot sekejap besar sekejap kempis. 

Aduiiii...malasnya. Once you reached that plateau, it can be really hard to get back into your routine. And it does not help that my gym buddy lagi lama tidak pegi gym dari saya..

Kalau kamu cakap "Byk hot guys working out di gym, harus lah ko bersemangat pegi workout". Bosan sudah saya dengan diorang yang kebanyakkan poyo dan bajet hensem. Lagipun kebanyakkan diorang tu foreigner (middle eastern, Nigerians), Iolsss ni taste local-local je dik. 

Bila bersenam, burn 300kcal..nanti makan, telan 700kcal. Macam mana la itu? Macam mana la mau dapat bikini body utk next bikinication ni?

Gym Is My Boyfriend

So the other day my partner in crime tag me in a photo that she says reminds her of me. It described me to a T. Gym is not my new boyfriend.
