My last post was an introduction to angels and how they played a part in someone's life. Oh you bet. This post will still talk about angels and such. I think I'm edging closer to obsession. Haha.
I think everyone is aware about the current state of our country. The political turmoil, rampant racism and such. 1 Malaysia hanya pada nama. Maybe they should learn from us in Borneo how to tolerate other races and religion. Some people think they are in higher position than others, they deserved a certain "hak". Some people think their religion is better than others and argued their God is the one true God. Sometimes religions imposed sooooo many man-made rules that they forget the true essence of a religion. To do good and love one another.
Sometimes when a person converted to another religion on their own freewill or due to marriage, they are condemned and isolated by their families and friends. Well i think it does not matter what religion we practiced, deep in each and everyone of us is the longing to love, to be loved and to be accepted.
I'm currently reading a book "Angels in My Hair" by Lorna Byrne, an Irish woman who sees angels since she was small. A paragraph in the book caught my attention.
"Angels are not just found in Christian Churches. They are in the synagogues, in Mosques and in all the holy places. Your religion makes no difference to the angels. We may look different, we may have different beliefs, but we all have souls. There is no difference between a Muslim soul and a Christian soul. If we could see each other's soul we would not be killing each other over different interpretations of God."
We are all equal in the eyes of God. All of us are created by the one and only creator. I believe all of us are the same no matter what race or religion. Say No to Racism.
Interesting.
