Dalam beberapa bulan ni, abam sado A neutral, mungkin mulut puaka dia pegi menuntut ilmu. Kalau jumpa pun borak-borak macam biasa je.

Selalu jugak la terjumpa kat gym.

Nak dijadikan cerita, satu petang CPPS terus shoot pegi gym dari tempat kerja. Hari rabu memang wajib CPPS pegi sebab ada kelas zumba. Tengah hari sabtu pulak zumba lagi dan kalau masih bertenaga, sambung strong by zumba.

Dalam CPPS catwalk nak pegi changing room tu, ternampak la si abam sado A ni tengah workout.

"Hey! baru sampai ke? Lambat you hari ni." dia tegur CPPS

"Laa. standard la time macam ni I sampai, 6.30-6.40pm. I habis kerja pukul 6 kot."

"So buat apa hari ni? Pegi zumba ke?"

"Eh tanya pulak. zumba la apa lagi."

"Jarang nampak you sekarang. You datang seminggu sekali je ke?"

"Ehh. 2 kali seminggu okayyy. Sabtu I kan pegi gym club lain."

Elehh cakap je lah rindu ai kannnnn. Mau ditanya lagi datang seminggu sekali.Padahal baru hari sabtu tu terjumpa dia kat gym.

"ehhhh! Berbaloi ke seminggu sekali je. Mana cukup 1-2 kali seminggu!! kena at least 3 kali la. Baru konsistent baru nampak result."

SERIOUSLY?? SERIOUSLY are we talking about this again????????

" Ehh okay la tuuu 2 minggu sekali. 2 hari gym, 1 hari workout kat rumah. Habis tu bila lagi i nak jalan-jalan, bersosial, kemas rumah, laundry, dating, masak-masak?"

"Ala, laundry kan boleh buat 2 kali seminggu je."

Anda silap disitu! CPPS buat laundry seminggu sekali je. KAH!

Tapi laundry bukan setakat laundry okay. Bukan masuk machine terus automatik dia kering, lipat dan masuk almari.

Kena lipat, kena masukkan dalam almari. Aduiii takes a lot of time.

"Jalan-jalan ke shopping ke weekend kan boleh buat."

CPPS memang lah suka pegi gym tapi takdelah sampai setiap hari muka iols ada kat gym tu.

I have a life man!

I have friends to go out with, road trips to take. I have books to read.

A home to go to and be responsible for (kemas, siram tumbuhan, baju nak cuci lipat, grocery shopping, cook).

Kalau gym tu hidup mati uols, tak payah la nak shove it in my face that I should too kan?

Masing-masing ada cara sendiri. Masing-masing ada minat dan keutamaan sendiri.

Emosi pulak kita kan. Aisshhhh.
