Cooking/Eating Show Addict

Like I mentioned, I spent too much time watching food channel/cooking shows. It’s nice to pick up cooking/baking tips or know where’s the best place to eat but most of the time, it is quite torturing to watch these shows. At the end of the show, you’ll be hungry and craving for what you saw on the TV. Not good for the waistline.

I love all of them but here’s a few that I loved the most.

1. Best In The World (8TV, Saturday, 11.30am)
This has got to be on top of my list! The foods featured are simple yet glorious. The host, Razif Hashim, besides being so hilarious, can make something boring looks so yummy. There’s no ‘I need to behave and look handsome and appropriate for TV’. He’ll just use his fingers and gobble the food down. All in all, the show is witty and out of the box.

2. Man V Food (TLC channel 707, Astro)
Just like Best In The World, this is also fuss-free, au naturel hosting. There is nothing appropriate, prim and proper about this show. The host, Adam Richman is funny and definitely loves to eat. This is the worst of all eating shows. It makes you crave for massive burgers, fat fries, gigantic pizzas and everything huge.

3. 5 Rencah 5 Rasa (TV3, Monday 11.30am)

Chef Sherson Lian cooking style is simple, fuss-free and it’s something that you can do every day. He made it look so easy. It definitely does not help that he’s good-looking and sexy and I admire his fluency in Bahasa Malaysia.

Oh well, I can’t help it that my favourite shows are all hosted by the opposite sex. I just love the spontaneity and fuss-free way of these shows.

Tajuk mengundang kontroversi Sis ni bukan apa rajin pergi gym, selain nak bersenam, iols juga suka mencuci mata.
