Children who eat breakfast perform better at school. They have better cognition and concentration. Eating breakfast is like recharging your brain and body for the day.
Here's the tricky part. What to eat for breakfast?
You have to eat the right kind of food to sustain your hunger until lunch time. Foods like sugary cereals, pastries or other high sugar foods caused sugar/energy spike and leave you feeling drained and hungry before mid-day.
Chose to eat fruits, complex carbs or protein instead.
Eggs are good. It can be scrambled, boiled or made into omelette.

The Foul Madamas is usually consists of lemon, garlic, fava beans, and chickpeas and is often topped with tahini sauce, hard boiled egg, some veggies, and little olive oil and cayenne pepper. |
7. English
A breakfast full of bacon, eggs, sausage, grilled tomato, bread, mushrooms, and black pudding. YUMMMMM! |
8. France
Le croissant, plain or with crushed almonds, butter, chocolate or cream., and coffee of course. I love croissant! |
9. Germany
Wursts, local cheeses and freshly baked bread, all washed back with a strong coffee. |

Waakye is is basically rice cooked with beans and spices. |

Tofu,soak in soya sauce taken along with fish and rice. One of the healthier breakfast. |

Lots of spicy things going on in this one. This breakfast from Manzanillo consists of beef tips, beans, chilaquiles, and cheese. |

Usually consists of a few varieties of cheese, butter, olives, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, jam, honey, and spicy meat. |
