I Finally Found You

Kenapa Cik Panda Karate Kapal Terbang?

Okay lah kan walaupun sedikit kecewa kerana bukan jejaka hensem sado duduk sebelah tu.  Sementara tunggu nak take off, wanita berdua tu berborak dan Cik Panda keluarkan phone nak main game Green Farm 3 gitu.   I can't help it but to listen to what they are talking about sambil tangan swipe kiri kanan. Ye lah uolsss, nak bagi ayam lembu makan, nak harvest tanaman lagi kan.  So these 2 women were talking about their husbands, kids, marriage and mother in law. "A'ah tu lah. My husband baru transfer sini. Dah biasa dia selalu ada, tibe-tibe dia takde. Rasa kekok la sikit." "Tak rindu ke?" "Nak buat maca...

Perth Travelogue Day 4 - Fremantle

Pose wajib di tepian pantai Want to read about DAY 1 , DAY 2 and Day 3 ? Click on the individual days. On the 3rd day, a Saturday, we went to Fremantle, a port city where the Swan River meets the Indian Ocean, 30 minutes (via train) from Perth. It is famous for the divine beaches, best seafoods, historical prisons and cheaper souvenirs.  It's a quaint but very lively city. So we took the train from Perth Station. If you are travelling in pairs, it's cheaper to get the family rider fare where for a fee of $12 (about $6 per person), you can hop on and off the train, to any station within Transperth territory the whole day.  Travel tips: Go to Fremantle on the weekends for their weekend markets. Take the Fremantle Line and get down at the last station. Once you exited the station, turn right towards the CAT bus station. Traveling around in Fremantle town is quite easy as they have free CAT bus. You can hop on and off any of the destinations along the route. Remem...

Frustrations Of A Nutritionist - Episode Multivitamins

" The best medical care will always emphasize enabling our bodies to heal themselves" - Dr. Atkins I am a firm believer that when you provide your body with the right nutrition, your body can perform optimumly. Your immune system is better and you'll have more energy among other things. In my everyday life and work, I do my best to advocate a healthy lifestyle and the best supplementations to enhance your life. Your body needs both macro (carbs, protein and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) to be healthy. Getting macronutrient is easy as we can get it from food but micronutrients are the problematic ones.  Of course we also get it from food but some of these vitamins and minerals are quite fragile and elusive. In the sense that the way the food is planted, processed, transported and prepared can destroy the nutrients. Vitamin C for example are easily oxidized.  In a simple biological explanation, if you have enough nutrients in your body, your cell...

Perth Travelogue Day 3 - The Pinnacles

Penatnyaaaa Cik Panda sejak dua menjak ni. Kepala tak fikir apa melainkan urusan pindah rumah. Last night I settled in the new house, sleeping in my new room. It has this nice feeling/energy/aura to it. Me likey the new house. Tak sabar Cik Panda nak rasmikan swimming pool. terpaksa la iols beli swimming suit baru. gituuuuu This is a long long loonnggg overdue post. We went to The Pinnacles in Nambung National Park on the 3rd day. So we got up early (we always do in Perth as it gets bright very early). It was a 3 hours drive from Perth CBD through country road.  Along the way, we passed through greens, desert with cactus, rolling barren hills, dusty dirt road, vast farming land with horses galloping around. All kinds of landscape. We didn't get to stop for pictures so much as we are rushing. I have to return the car at 5pm. Beware of this over-excited wildlife It was a long long lonngg journey. Cramp bontot mekss. We reached Nambung National Park at around 1pm. Ent...

Cik Panda Menangis?

This past 2 weeks certainly has been very very very overwhelming for me. From house hunting to dealing with agent to packing and moving in between working. Some might ask to cut down my gym time. FYI, I only went to the gym once this week and if I don't, Cik Panda meroyan tau tak. I'll be cranky and grumpy. We are yet to settle as there are too many things to pack and throw away. Banyak barang-barang di rumah tu barang peninggalan kawan-kawan or ex-housemate.  Dear people, be kind to your friends.  If you are going back for good, please settle all your things and don't leave it with your friends. Unless they ask for it, just send it back or throw it away. Jangan kasi semak rumah kawan-kawan kamu tu.  Honestly, these past few days I felt so alone as I have to do most things myself. Friends who are able to help are occupied at the moment with family matters. I have no one but to depend on my other friends and colleagues for help.  Kamu bayangkan macam mana...

Late Night Drive With Mr.POYO

Menurut kamus Bahasa Kay-El, Poyo bererti Proud Of Your Own. Seseorang yang poyo adalah  "Seseorang yang berwatakan luar dari norma orang biasa seperti merasakan diri-sendiri bagus, suka temberang dan bercakap luar dari kenyataan" Cik Panda tipu. Sebenarnya Cik Panda belum insaf sepenuhnya. Masih lagi gigih menswipe Tinder cuma sejak akhir-akhir ni kurang sikit.  So mamat ni, H, dah lama match dgn Cik Panda tapi tak pernah jumpa. Chat pun jarang. Tiba-tiba sejak dua menjak ni rajin pulak dia tegur. Cik Panda layankan je la uols. Bak kata orang rezeki jangan ditolak kan? Dia ajak keluar beberapa kali tapi iols kan selalu busy. Ye la, kalau nak date dengan Cik Panda kena booking 3 days in advance. So dia selalu kena reject. Part of the reason why I'm a bit reluctant was even from text messaging, he has that poyo vibe. If you know what I mean.  At one time, he was talking (bragging) about the difference between Japanese, Korean and Chinese girls. How Koreans a...

Perth Travelogue Day 2

Harap maaf atas kelewatan Cik Panda update travelogue ni. Al maklumlah Cik Panda sekarang huru hara uols. Selain plaster siling runtuh (which you can read about HERE ), baru-baru ni pulak tandas rumah Cik Panda tersumbat.  Dah contact house owner tapi dia buat derk buat bodo. Cik Panda dah tak boleh sabar!  Uols bayangkan kita duduk rumah tu mestilah nak selesa. Boleh tido dengan nyenyak tanpa risau siling jatuh, berak dengan aman. Ni tak, nak berak pun fikir 8 juta kali. Nasib baik perut Cik Panda memahami, tak meragam beberapa hari ni. So Cik Panda tengah serabut cari rumah baru. Nasib baik la ada Cik Pah temankan. Cik Panda upkan habuan para bodyguard Cik Panda nih. Good service! Lepas tu jangan tanya apa cerita dating life Cik Panda Tinderella sekarang.  NOTHING.  NO stories for you. Cik Panda sejak balik Mesia ni dah insaf, taubat, ke arah kebaikan. Gituh Okay back to Perth Travelogue. On the second day, we visited Caversham Wildlife Park and Swan ...
