CASE 1:
Let's say, a very popular clothing store is having a clearance sale on their website.
You would know that clearance sale is most often to clear their old stocks or sell off stocks which has some kind of defect, i.e slightly stained, missing button, missing label etc.
It's called conditional sales la kan.
Kalau tak paham jugak CLEARance, it's to clear.
Lepas tu, to make things clearer, the retailer will also put certain terms & conditions like
"Sold as it is", "Products sold is not for exchange or refund".
Let's say A tengah browsing website jenama XX nak beli baju.
Jadi A pun belilah. Murah, clearance biasalah.
Si A ni pun bengang gila lah kan.
Sebab i rasa tak patut hak i sebagai pengguna, beli baju yang dah koyak."
Aduuhhh. FACEPALM. Speechless kalau iols jadi seller tu. Sendiri sudah salah mau salahkan orang lain pulak.
Dia ugut pulak nak report katanya. hihi. Kadang-kadang, ada yang lagi advance. Siap nak viralkan kes penipuan macam ni.
Amacam uols? Hik hik.
