After reading (more like flip through) the book Eat Right For Your Type by Dr Peter D Adamo, i have started to routinely start my day with a glass of warm water + juice from half a lemon. It is a natural remedy for detox and amazingly, it helps in weight control (well, it works for me) and general health.
Oh you know about how when you detox, getting rid of all those harmful substances and when you're healthier, you skin will show it first? Besides detoxing, you'll be getting your daily dose of vitamin C (good for complexion).
