Cik Panda Kena Rasuk!

Sejak akhir-akhir ni Cik Panda bagai dirasuk roh Martha Stewart kerana begitu rajin membeli barang dapur, memasak dan menyediakan bekal untuk diri sendiri. 

Sampai Cik Panda kagum dengan diri sendiri kerana amat gigih memasak ketika balik kerja lewat malam semata-mata ingin menyediakan bekal untuk keesokkan harinya.

Ye la, sebelum ni kalau balik kerja paling paling rajin pun Cik Panda masak megi bubuh telur je uols. 

Part of the reason is because I'm trying to eat healthier and reducing my rice intake at the moment (reducing okayy bukan tak makan langsung, i ate rice 3 days ago) and it can be quite difficult and costly to find something to eat (that I like) is not rice based.

I'm a rice die hard fan. 

So I have to find something that is equally satisfying as rice.

What better way than to prepare your own food? Of course it is laborous and time consuming but definitely healthier and economical. 

I actually liked grocery shopping a lot. 

Usually for breakfast, I'll make an egg sandwic at night, throw it in the fridge and put it in my bag before I go to work the next day.

For lunch ideas:

I made this Aglio Olio with chicken and vege the night before for dinner. Purposely cook more for lunch, put in the fridge then heat it up in the oven the next morning while I get ready for work. The chicken strips were marinated with soy, honey and garlic 2 days ago so it was really flavourful. I usually pack together with fruits for snacks. 
This was seafood and vege Aglio Olio for dinner. Paling kagum sebab tidak sangka saya boleh masak sedap macam ni. wakakaka

Okay I didn't cooked this. It was new year's eve dinner at home. Someone cooked me pan grilled steak with black pepper sauce and that's couscous porridge. I bought the plates just for this occasion and it was at 50%, so yeah, a good buy. Plus everything looks classy on a big white plate. 
Mashed potato, steamed veges and pan grilled salmon for dinner. 
Fruits and nutella.
